Terms of service

Article 1: Definition Morning Star Co., Ltd. (hereafter known as "the Company") sets out the following provisions to be applied with regards to the website https://galaxybasejapan.com/ (hereafter known as "the Site"). This agreement is a contract between the end user (hereafter known as "User") and the Site, applying to all services and transactions therein.

Article 2: Changes to the Terms and Conditions The Company reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions without seeking the prior consent of Users. Updated terms will be posted on the Site and constitute the current terms of use.

Article 3: Prohibited Actions While using this Site, Users agree to refrain from:

  1. Infringing on the Company's or any third party's intellectual property rights.

  2. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

  3. Distributing viruses or any technologies that may harm the Site or its Users.

Article 5: Purchases & Contract

  1. By placing an order, Users agree to all Terms and Conditions.

  2. A contract is binding once the products have been delivered to the shipping carrier.

  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., due to stock error).

Article 6: Prices All prices are set at the time an order is placed. In the event of a significant pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order or adjust the price with the User's consent.

Article 7: Shipping & Customs

  1. All products are shipped from our office in Yokohama, Japan.

  2. Users are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, and local taxes.

  3. Once dispatched, Users must contact the carrier for any delivery adjustments.

Article 8: Returns & Cancellations

  1. Inspection Window: If a product is damaged or defective, the User must report it to support@galaxybasejapan.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Evidence: Users must provide clear photos of the shipping box (with label), product packaging, and the specific damage.

  3. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made before shipment are subject to a 5% administrative fee (minimum ¥1,000) to cover non-refundable processing costs.

Article 9: Liability The Company is responsible for shipping to the address provided by the User. We accept no liability for minor cosmetic variations in product packaging that do not affect the product itself.

Article 10: Copyrights & Trademarks "Morning Star Co., Ltd.", "Galaxy Base Japan", and all related logos are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Article 11: Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction All aspects of this agreement are governed by Japanese law. Any claim or dispute must be resolved exclusively by the Yokohama District Court located in Kanagawa, Japan.
