### Shipping Policy

**1. Origin & Handling Time**
* **Location:** All orders are processed and shipped directly from our office in **Yokohama, Japan**.
* **Handling Time:** Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within **1-3 business days**. 
* **Pre-orders:** Shipping for pre-order items will occur according to the release date specified on the product page.

**2. Carriers & Tracking**
* **Methods:** We primarily use **FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post (EMS)** to ensure fast and secure global delivery.
* **Tracking:** A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

**3. International Shipping & Customs**
* **Import Duties & Taxes:** Any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are **not included** in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the **buyer's responsibility**.
* **Remote Areas:** For certain remote locations, an additional shipping surcharge may apply. We will contact you if necessary.

**4. Packaging for Collectors**
* **Protection:** As enthusiasts ourselves, we understand the importance of box condition. We use high-quality bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes to protect your collectibles.
* **Disclaimers:** While we pack items with extreme care, we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer shipping box upon arrival due to international transit handling.

**5. Delivery Failures**
* **Address Accuracy:** Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx/DHL.
* **Unclaimed Packages:** If a package is returned due to being "Unclaimed" or an "Incorrect Address," the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
